Now Hiring - On-Site Property Manager in Winter Park, CO

Winter Park House is a full-service property management company focused on protecting our owner’s assets and ensuring our guests have the best experience, from the booking process, all the way to departure. With the ongoing growth in the short-term rental business, we are looking for a new member to join our team!

At Winter Park House, we are all about helping our guests build special memories here in Grand County, and we want someone who is hard working and wants to be part of a fun team!

This position will help run operations, including the following:

• Helping guests onsite with questions or working through any items that need attention during their trip.
• Engaging with guests throughout their trip to make sure everything is going well and resolve any problems that may arise.
• Weekend and On-call hours required
• Pre-check-in inspections - Helping make sure homes are amazing and ready for guests including light maintenance when needed.
• Building and maintaining guides for guests about the homes and all there is to do in Grand County.
• Assist with coordinating maintenance projects
• Maintain updated home information for guests while they're staying in our homes.

As well as a number of day-to-day tasks to make sure everything is running great and guests are happy!

Candidate will need the following qualities:

• Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Beyond the base pay, there is also a bonus pay available.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
